The service

Saavira AI Jyotish provides personal reports built on deterministic astronomical and numerological calculation, with interpretation written by AI: Kundali (Vedic astrology), Numeroscope (numerology), and Q&A answers about your own chart. Our Disclaimer explains what these reports are and are not, and forms part of these terms.

Your account

An account is needed to generate any report. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, for activity on your account, and for the accuracy of the birth details you enter. You may create reports only for yourself, or for others who are happy for you to do so; a report for a child under 18 should be created by their parent or guardian.

Free reports

Registered users can generate free preview reports, subject to the limits shown in the app. We may change or withdraw free allowances at any time; this never affects anything you have paid for.

Full access

A full-access purchase unlocks one tool's complete report — every section, PDF download and a fixed number of regenerations — for ONE person's birth details (a "profile"), permanently. A full report for a different person needs a separate purchase for their own profile. Q&A packs add a stated number of questions for one profile. Current prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout, which are always the authoritative figures. Prices may change; a change never affects a purchase already made.

Promotional coupons

A coupon code may reduce or fully waive the price of a purchase. Unless the code says otherwise, each code can be used once per account — across every profile on that account, not once per person — and may be limited in total redemptions, expire, or be withdrawn before it is redeemed. The discount is the one calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. A coupon has no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged or applied to a purchase already completed.

Birth details lock

Please check these carefully. The full name can never be changed after this profile is saved, and the date, time and place of birth lock permanently as soon as the first Kundali or Numeroscope report is generated for this person — free reports included. This keeps every delivered report tied to one exact person and birth moment, and stops one purchase being reused for someone else. If something is already locked and wrong, add a new profile with the correct details, or contact support.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never receive your card, UPI or bank credentials. If money is debited but access is not confirmed straight away, it usually resolves within 10 minutes — use the "Payment stuck?" button on your Payments page, or write to us with your order ID.

Refund policy

• Full refund if you were charged but did not receive full access because of a technical failure on our side.
• Accidental duplicate payments for the same purchase are refunded automatically.
• No refund for disagreement with the interpretive content itself — the free preview exists so you can see the style of report before paying.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no automated or bulk generation, no attempts to access other users' data, and no resale of reports as your own professional service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase concerned.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted here, with the "last updated" date revised.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
